What data we receive when you contact us through the site, what we use it for, and how you can see, correct or delete it.

Who processes your data
The data controller is Nikola Mojsa of Opovo, who runs AeroVita Agro. For any questions about your data, write to office@aerovitaagro.rs or call 069 161 8228.
What data we collect
When you send an enquiry through the form on the site, we receive what you entered:
- first and last name and phone number, which are required
- email address, if you enter one
- plot location, crop, number of hectares and message
- the address of the page from which you sent the enquiry
When you call us or write on Viber, WhatsApp or email, we receive your phone number or address and whatever you write. Those messages pass through those companies' applications and are subject to their privacy rules.
The price calculator runs in your browser and does not ask for a name or contact details.
What we use it for
We use the data from an enquiry only to reply to you, send a quote and arrange the treatment. The legal basis is your request before entering into a contract (Article 12, paragraph 1, point 2 of the Law on Personal Data Protection (Zakon o zaštiti podataka o ličnosti)). We do not sell the data or pass it to others, except to the service providers listed below.
We switch on visit statistics (Google Analytics) only if you accept them in the cookie notice. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
Where the data is stored
The site does not store enquiries in a database. The form sends them as an email to office@aerovitaagro.rs, where they stay for as long as they are needed for a reply, a quote and the job we agree. At your request we delete them sooner, except for data we are required by law to keep.
Who else has access
The site runs with the help of several service providers, who process data only on our behalf:
- Vercel (site hosting) records technical data about a visit, such as the IP address and browser type, for the security and operation of the site.
- Resend (email delivery) carries your enquiry from the form to our inbox.
- Google (Google Analytics) keeps visit statistics, only with your consent.
- YouTube (the video on the home page) loads only when you play the video.
These companies operate from the USA, so data may be transferred outside Serbia, with the protection provided by their data processing agreements.
Your rights
You have the right to request:
- access to the data we hold about you
- correction of inaccurate data
- deletion of data
- restriction of processing and transfer of data to another controller
- that we stop using your data (objection)
- withdrawal of consent for analytics, without affecting processing before the withdrawal
Send your request to office@aerovitaagro.rs or call us. We reply within 30 days at the latest.
If you believe we process your data contrary to the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (Poverenik za informacije od javnog značaja i zaštitu podataka o ličnosti) (poverenik.rs).
